Welding Consumables & Fluxes

Submerged arc welding wires are manufactured using latest state-of-the-art machinery to achieve best quality with minimum lead time. The range includes various wires as per the following classification: AWS/SFA A 5.17 EL 8; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EH 14; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EM 12 K; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EA 2; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EA-3; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EA-3K; AWS/SFA A 5.17 EH-10K; and AWS/SFA A 5.17 EL 12 in standard sizes of dia 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0, 4.6 and 5.0 mm. The wires come in packing of 25 kg cheese wound coil, 250 kg on bobbins, and 750 kg in drums. Submerged arc welding fluxes are also available in various Anand Melt classifications such as: AWS/SFA 5.17 F7AZEL8; AWS/SFA 5.17 F7A2EH14; AWS/SFA F7AZEL8; AWS/SFA 5.17 F7A4EL8; AWS/SFA 5.17 F6A4EL8, F7A5EH14, AWS 5.23 F11A4EG; AWS/SFA 5.17 F7A0EL8/F7A2EM12K; and AWS/SFA 5.17 F7A0EL12.
