Welders, Wire Butt

TEW offers wire butt welding machines, designed and developed with outstanding dependability, exceptional accuracy for butt joining of wires/rods of mild steel, carbon steel, steel alloys, copper, aluminium and brass, by bringing together under pressure the ends of the parts to be welded and by applying short circuit current to the joints. The jaws of the machines are arranged in such a way, so as to make possible the welding wires over a considerable, wide range of diameters of specially shaped cross section. Mechanical timer is provided in which it is automatically tripped, after the job is done. The welded joint can withstand high tensile, and can be drawn upto minimum size. The transformer is of special type, conforming to international standard specifications. Primary and secondary transformers are of solid electrolytic copper of ample section, suitable for withstanding continuously temperature of 155?C.
