Ultrasonic Welding Machine

The F-Type Weldwel ultrasonic welding machines are manufactured in technical collaboration with Sonics & Materials Inc, USA. Weldwel is used for joining thermoplastic components by friction thereby eliminating mechanical fasteners, adhesives and solvents. Options include pneumatic press with various throat/stroke sizes and force up to 300 Nm. Generator models are available far 15/20/40 kHz frequency in the power range of 250 W - 4 kW. Features: "Auto Tune" facility with digital readout; microprocessor based timer allows precise time setting with an accuracy of 0.01 sec which result in a very consistent welding avoiding over welding, deformation, low production rate, excess consumption of power; repulse delay helps in removing the foreign particles, which if present may result to poor weld finish and quality of successive components; imported piezo converter and critical PCBs for reliable operation for longer life; and built-in electronic booster allows the user to change amplitude from 30% to 100% without changing the booster. The use of latest power devices, ie, Mosfet and IGBTs enhances the life of generator as compared to conventional transistorised version. Modular system design facilitates easy capacity upgradation and servicing. The transformer less portable unit has fast electronic overload trip with an audible and visible alarm. Applications: thermoware, toys, games, watches, novelties and gift items; files, folders, writing instruments; automobile filters, floats, batteries, clutch cables; pump housing, impellers; electrical switches, switchgear connectors, steam iron jackets. surgical masks, drip chambers; computer floppies, printer ribbon, audio video cassettes; and any industrial component assembly.
