Steel Weld Electrodes

Steel weld electrodes are meant for joining and built up of any steel or steel-to-steel. These give excellent impact resistance properties and toughness, combined with mild abrasion. Mechanical properties – tensile strength = 70 kg/mm2; elongation – 32%; and hardness – 32Rc. Applications: most ideal for joining of steels as well as built up of missing sections, gear build up, heavy shafts, deposits are dense and easily machinable. Brief details: recommended amperage (size, current) – 3.15 x 350 mm, 90-120 A; 4.00 x 350 mm, 120-160 A; packing – 3.15 x 35 mm –5 kg-22 pieces/kg (approx); 4.00 x 350 mm-5 kg-15 pieces/kg (approx).
