Orbit Machine Tools & Technologies offers Spring Can Welding Automation Machine which is basically an automated hydraulic press with controlled stroke and welding torch movement. This welding automation machine is basically designed for circular MIG welding at bottom and top(vertical up) and the machine does the function of locating top and bottom plates with the can(shell) while the press bracket compresses the spring inside the can. The circular welding takes place once the complete compression takes place and the different size spring cans be welded with ease. Touch screen operator pendent for calling different weld programs and jobs. Multiple pressure system is available for different spring loads and jobs.
