Mehta Cad Cam Systems offers a Solid State Laser Welding Series, LMY 200P/300P/400P. Laser welding utilised is 1064 nm wavelength pulse laser beam irradiated on the surface of work piece. The work piece can be welded by laser energy and produce special melt pool. The laser energy, laser peak power, laser pulse width and laser frequency can be controlled by precise numerical controller. Highlights: high welding speed and efficiency, laser beam can be divided into multi beams at the same time for more accurate welding, laser welding has fine welding seam which has same rigidity with the material in most situations; the unique key technology of laser instrument brings unparalleled performance; the life-time of Xe lamp is 3-4 times of the other like products – the running cost is only 30% of the other like products; ceramic laser cavity with pure water cooling; and high optic-electric transferring efficiency. System composition: single pulse/double pulse xenon lamp, PLC control/computer numerical control system (optional), X/Y axis electrical level-movement workbench/rotating workbench (optional), CCD monitoring system (optional), switching power supply, and special laser cooling system.
