Swastik-Weld solid filler wires for MIG/MAG welding are available in 12.50 kg and 15.0 kg spools in dia 0.80, 1.0, 12.0 and 1.60 mm. Strongwire Indsutries was set up in 1993 as a wire drawing industry specially to cater to the needs of welding electrode industries. Most of the existing wire drawing units were making a product mix comprising of commercial mild steel, high carbon steel, electrode quality steel, etc. The requirement of steel for the electrode manufacturing industry was very much quality sensitive and any mixing with commercial steel always resulted in huge rejections as steel for welding quality wires have some special characteristics other the standard chemistry.
