Semi-Automatic Welding System

Pacific Technologies offers a Semi-Automatic Welding System, KR Series. This is an active system equipped with full mobility. Arc sensitivity is selectable by changing the tap of a reactor. Three kinds of applicable wire diameters are available. Highlights include: secondary short circuit protection is standard function; crater voltage and crater current control are possible; fresh tip treatment and burn back time control are realised; and cable less remote controller increases mobility and reduces disconnection trouble. The system can be used for operation in both spacious and narrow places. Features: operation panel for integrated control, which is easy to see and manipulate; low-spatter and arc stability have been realised; condition setting is easy even for an inexperienced operator (operation is possible with simple integration); operation range can be further increased with extension cables (optional); applicable to all FCW/solid wires; three types of applicable wire diameters can be selected in all models; operation is possible with 50/60 Hz anywhere; suitable for visiting work; user-friendly design - all models are equipped with crater control circuits (initial condition is possible); ammeter/voltmeter equipped; secondary short current restrictor equipped; FCW/solid wire selector equipped; current detector equipped and FTT control equipped (for cleaning the wire end).
