The Seam Welding Machine is pneumatic type and offers long trouble free services. It employs microprocessor based welding controller for uniformity and consistency in welding. It is provided with top and bottom housing having water-cooled silver bearing . To minimise wear and tear of the housing & silver bearing and also to minimise mechanical thrust mode code set of taper roller bearings is provided mode code: SMW/KVA rating.
The Seam Welding Machine is used in the fabrication of barrels, drums, ammunition boxes, bicycle rims, fuel tanks, silencer boxes, scooter bodies, transformer radiators, bellows, fire extinguishers, furniture, refrigerator & washing machine cabinets etc.
Nominal rating at 50% duty cycle from 50 to 400 KVA; KVA rating at 100% duty cycle from 36 to 282; nominal electrode thickness from 9.5 to 18.7 mm; electrode diameter from 178 to 254 mm.
