Rotators, Self-Aligning Type

Memco Machinery Mart, an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, manufactures self-aligning type Rotators, Model MSAR 20 Tonnes for welding applications. Self-aligning rotators are fabricated from heavy steel plate and section strongly welded. The pivot shaft housing and the bearing housings in the swivel bracket are accurately machined in one setting. The wheel shaft runs on heavy-duty spherical roller bearings housed in swivel bracket. All the wheels in the drive unit are positively driven by a train of duplex chain or spur gears. The outer wheels in the swivel bracket in drive unit are fitted with clutch having clutch liner to avoid any breakage during loading and unloading of job on rotators.
