Job and welding head manipulators include: rotators, positioners, head/tail stock and column and boom. Siegend Technologies provide a range of standard welding head job manipulators – aids in fabrication of tanks, barrels, pressure vessels, cylindrical jobs and other engineering applications where weld joints require controlled weld movement. These equipments are suitable for long welds of repetitive work where high travel speed can give high productivity and better quality of welding. These equipments can be ideally combined to build a comprehensive welding system. Features of rotators: consist of drive unit and idler unit; overload disc to protect polyurethane roller; steplessely variable surface speed from 75 to 1,500 mm/min; forward and reverse rotation along with inching facility; self aligning, self centring, manual adjusting; coupling shaft and twin drive classification suits to different requirements; and covers entire range up to 150 MT capacity.
