Miyachi Unitek offer Resistance Welding Power Supplies, Low Power Linear DC Spot Weld Control - UB29. The all new UB29 linear DC micro spot welder provides unsurpassed levels of control for micro-miniature resistance welding and thermocompression bonding. UB29 is a 400 Amp linear DC control with four feedback modes designed to adapt to part and process variables. This micro welder should be used for smaller applications where closed-loop feedback control and fast response times are required. Safety critical applications such as those found in the medical and automotive markets will benefit from UB29’s precision low energy control. A successor to model UB25, UB29 features a variety of updates, including greatly improved waveform control and faster rise time, as well as new side-mounted buss bars with threaded inserts for mounting weld cables, simplified rear panel I/O connections, and an on/off switch on the front for increased convenience.
