Jaya Hind Sciaky Ltd has launched new ‘Energy Saver’ series of Resistance Welding Machines – spot, projection, seam, flash butt and wire mesh welder. The company is the largest Indian OEM of state-of-the-art resistance welding machines. The standard semi-automatic machines are spot welders, projection-cum-spot, projection, seam (circumferential/longitudinal/universal), flash butt (hydraulic and pneumatic), wire mesh welders and SPMs with customised welding solutions for the automotive and non-automotive sectors. Established in 1974, Jaya Hind Sciaky Ltd in technical collaboration with Sciaky Intertechnique S.S Switzerland (the inventors of resistance welding machines), is a manufacturer of the robust and globally recognized ‘Sciaky’ resistance welding machines. Why energy saving machines? When decision is made to acquire a new machine, investor should consider the amount of energy, which will be consumed by this machine during its lifespan. Among expenses from the acquisition to dismantling, the purchase price is minimal of the overall costs. More than 80 % is the energy consumption cost. This energy cost is necessarily charged to the end product and impacts the competitiveness of the company. Model: Rapid Spot Sciaky-RS 50 (spot-cum-projection welding machine). Features: energy saving: consumes minimum energy because of minimum contact surfaces; pressure head: full 200 mm guidance in replaceable phosphor bronze bush bearing; control – microprocessor based control with secondary current display and automatic voltage compensation; transformer – encapsulated in epoxy resin for protection from moisture; stroke adjustable cylinder to saves air consumption; and option for high lift cylinder to maximise production.
