Keje Electric Company is one of the recognised manufacturers of Resistance Brazing Machines, which are used for joining non ferrous materials like copper and brass. The company offers two types of brazing machines such as stationary and portable as per the industrial applications these are used for. Features: low power consumption; easy current settings; adjustable electrode pressure; no pre-tinning required before joining; precise electronic timer for controlling braze time; localised brazing possible; and range – up to 200 kVA. Applications: metals and alloys except those whose melting point is below 400°C as lead, tin fuse links; tungsten silver tip on copper contacts; tungsten carbide tips; copper to copper parts of various sizes and shapes; copper to brass; terminals to transformer leads; and brazing of clips and connectors to cable.
