High Frequency Plastic Welding Machine, NVP 5000 AI, has a robust design, which makes it suitable for continuous welding of PVC sheets, by even unskilled labour. Main applications include inside pages of photo albums, book covers, margin folder, quilting diary covers, spectacle cases, plastic bags etc. This pneumatic auto indexer model is fitted with a pneumatic driven unwinding stand & auto indexing which reduces material wastage, standard gap setting to increase production, built-in arc suppressor and overload circuitry and built-in heater to heat up the die holding plate and the die itself before welding.
