Orbital-Tube Welding Systems

The Technodata orbital welding systems are the result of many years experience in the field of tube to tube and tube to tube-sheet TIG welding. High quality welds and high repeatability are reached by using Technodata inverter power source with ultra modern technical components and special software. The Technodata welding head T-250 is used for TIG tube-to-tube-sheet welding with and without filler wire for tube range 10 to 78 mm. The rotating torch is water cooled and can be adjusted radial, axial, and angular. Several heads can be mounted simultaneously for higher productivity and are controlled by one operator.
