MMA Electrode Welding Unit

Unitech offers GYSMI 161 MMA welding machines. These are welding units with inverter technology piloted by microprocessor – the arc dynamics of the product are unique and revolutionary on the market. These can be used with all types of electrodes: rutiles, basics, stainless steel, cast iron in direct current. These are very handy, thanks to their small weight (4.1 kg), highly reduced volume and very low consumption (plug 16A with AM fuse). Features: immediate start thanks to high no-load voltage; constant welding power; very smooth melting due to the direct current; insensate to supply current fluctuations or the arc length; very good penetration; and perfect arc stability. Advantages: arc force – punctual increase of current in difficult welding situation; hot start – increased power at start; and anti sticking – anti-sticking process. The unit is protected when working on generator sets and against supply voltage variations (+/- 15%). The product is delivered in a suitcase with its accessories: earth cables and electrode-holder.
