Laser Welding Machines

Stamp 'It CNC has introduced a range of Laser Welding Machines designed for fine welding on various electronic, medical and plastic mould applications. Today, the Indian die and mould industry lacks the capability of repairing their costly moulds. Especially for the moulds used in production of engineering plastic items, which are subject to a lot of wear and tear, laser welding is the only technology that is able to repair practically all types and sizes of moulds with least heat affected zone (HAZ). Laser welding is great for getting down into deep ribs, on engraving, on parting line edges, or on thin or very small pieces where excess heat of micro TIG welding would be too high. Bench type models as well as mobile units are available for both small jobs as well as large mould repairs on site. The machine is also available with automatic wire feeders or automation for different shapes and sizes. The process is also suitable for welding dissimilar metals and getting hermetically sealed joints.
