Navtek Instruments (India) offers BAK Heater S36 – Hot Air Tool products used throughout trade and industry for welding and shrinking thermoplastics, for soldering and disordering electronic components, fro drying and heating processes and for a wide range of special applications. For extruder or hot air welding BAK Thermo Plastic has the answer for all welding problems. Thanks to continuous electronic temperature control, with BAK tools all thermoplastics can be welded, bent and formed including PVC-P, PVC_U, PE-HD, PE-ID, PP, PPS, PC- PMMA, PS, ABS, PVDF and FEP. Features: BAK hot air tools are lightweight and smaller in size; reproduction result with temperature control to set and actual value; adaptor tube heat protection, steeples electronic temperature control, therefore independent of voltage fluctuation and varying ambient temperature; electronic heating element protection and automatic shut-off of the motor at minimal carbon level; and multiple replace of carbon brushes possible, therefore suitable for continuous operation. Applications: tubes – general purpose tubings, high temperature shrink tube, adhesive lined heat shrinkable tubings, electrical interconnect devices, solder sleeves, solder grips, slices and terminals, insulated terminals and disconnects; and module parts – heat shrinking module part and wraparounds, caps, adapters, feed thoughts, transition and connector boots. BAK hot air tools operate on 230 V, 50/60 Hz supply, power consumption 1100 W, 1600 W, 2000 W and 3000 W depending upon model selected. The temperature is 20-700 degree C, step less controlled, and air flow max 230 l/min.
