Features: high purity of material, uniform grain size, smooth surface, excellent electrical conductivity, stable tensile strength, and wire dia with +/-0.001 mm tolerance. Plain brass wire: brass wire is the most commonly used wire. It delivers a powerful combination of low cost, reasonable conductivity, high tensile strength, and improved flushability. Diffused EDM wire: this wire is coated and diffused. This process is called diffused annealing, diffused EDM wires offer improved cutting speed by 10 to 15% over plain EDM wires. Zinc coated brass wire: this wire offers a significant increase in cutting speed over plain brass wires, without any sacrifice in any of the other critical properties. Zinc coated brass wires produce exceptional surface finishes. These wires are also utilised in those circumstances in which brass wires produce unacceptable brass plating on the workpiece. Customised EDM wire: the company also offers EDM wires as per customer requirements in specific spool sizes.
