DC Resistance Welding Machines

Indramani Electronics offers DC Resistance Welding Machine. It is a multi resistance spot welding machine with DC output. This machine saves power, and is of special pneumatic cylinder weld/retract type for high production, which reduces air gap. Other features: auto feeder with high accuracy; the machine works with auto start/stop function and can stop at the desired location; spatter-less spot welding provides much better welding strength as compared to AC spot welding machine; and 3-phase balance consumption, constant current output for all six spots, saves power, better power factor compared to AC welding, reduced noise, less power demand compared to AC welding machine and very high production. Applications: for power transformer radiator manufacturing units. This machine can increase production up to four times compared to manually operated pneumatic spot welding machine with better quality and also reduces the production cost.
