Special features: 3-100% SCR power controls, modular design, water-cooled HF Mosfet power modules, automatic speed power control, water flow and over temperature control, PLC with HMI display for faults and alarms with running data, compact plate type heat exchanger, compact and rugged sealed cabinet, internally cooled for harsh mill environments, weld table for coil adjustment, long equipment life due to solid state components, and maintenance free design. Safety features: all doors fitted with safety switches, emergency stop push button on cabinet, complete short circuit, open circuit, over current and over voltage protection, transient and interference suppression on SCR rectifier, water flow and over temperature protection. Reduce scrap: automatic speed power control adjusts weld power to mill speed automatically every time the mill starts and stops, low ripple output provides consistently superior weld quality, further reducing scrap. Short circuit proof: no damage to welder when the coil and tube touches and creates arcs.
