Column & Boom For Welding

Job and welding head manipulators include: rotators, positioners, head/tail stock and column and boom. Siegend Technologies provide a range of standard welding head job manipulators – aids in fabrication of tanks, barrels, pressure vessels, cylindrical jobs and other engineering applications where weld joints require controlled weld movement. These equipments are suitable for long welds of repetitive work where high travel speed can give high productivity and better quality of welding. These equipments can be ideally combined to build a comprehensive welding system. Features of column and boom: vertical and horizontal travel up to 6000 mm; compatible with MIG/MAG, SAW and TIG welding equipments; variable horizontal speed – 100 to 1500 mm/min; operators pendant with necessary controls; manual or motorised swivelling in 360º; constant trolley speed of 1000 mm/min; and ladder on column for maintenance purpose.
