Guru Bros manufactures Rotoweld V-1 that uses a single axis controller to enable fully automated cycles. The Rotoweld welding positioner features a user-friendly keypad interface for programming all aspects of welding. All kinds of circular welding applications can be handled with ease and there is no necessity for a skilled operator. Dual torch and linear welding models are also available for suitable and stator core welding applications, respectively. The Rotoweld can be used with MIG/TIG/Sub Arc welding process. Typical applications of Rotoweld V-1 are solenoid body welding in tractor, automobile and two-wheeler wheel welding, steering knuckle and rod welding in tractor; LPG cylinder welding, circular and semi-circular full and stitch-welding application.
