The SC 2500 arc stud welding unit from HBS with a single phase 230 volt connection is a lightweight and handy machine for arc stud welding. An advanced electronic control system allows to utilize low-cost capacitors. The energy required for arc welding is stored in capacitors and unloaded during the welding process. This allows to weld larger studs with a small power unit.
