Aluminum TIG & MIG Welding Wires

Cotmac offers Aluminium TIG & MIG Welding Wires. These are clean filler wires, free of impurities which is the key to high quality welding. Unique shaving and cleaning process gives the wire an extremely clean and defect free surface. Advanced wire drawing technology using a proprietary process gives it an extra smooth finish. Super smooth wire surface provides easier wire feeding. The welding tip consumption in MIG welding is reduced dramatically due to superior wire finish. It is manufactured as per international standards. IA1050/IA1100: available as pure welding wire for TIG/ MIG suitable for electrical applications. IA 1450: pure Al + Titanium, for fine grain structure, prevent solidification cracks. IA 4043: silicon alloyed Al wire including 6XXX Series alloys. IA 4047: silicon alloyed Al wire with lower melting point and higher fluidity. IA 5087: aluminium alloy with Mg, Mn, Cr and Zirconium for welding 5XXX base metals. IA 5183: for welding high Mg alloys mainly used in cryogenic and marine applications. IA 5356: Al-Mg alloyed general purpose wire for welding 5XXX series of alloys. Also available IA 5554, IA 5556, IA 5754. Sizes packing: MIG - 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, and 2.4 mm. Packing: spools of 7.0 kg and 9.0 kg. Sizes: TIG - 1.2, 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.2, 4.0, and 4.8 mm. Packing: boxes of 4.54 and 10.0 kg.
