Washer head roofing nail making machines

National Wire Products, situated in Rajkot, offers automatic washer head roofing nail-making machines (umbrella head nails) for making the nails with washers riveted on the heads, which are extensively used for roof fittings. An automatic electrically controlled vibrator is fitted on the machine for loading of washers into magazine for continuous run. These machines are capable of producing round and square shank roofing nails. These machines with 3-shaft design have counter-balanced main crankshaft with bevel gears and crankshaft running in oil bath chambers. All moving parts are of ample dimension and fixtures. Gripping dies, cutting tools and header dies are available ex-stock in standard gauges.
