Vacuum Forming, Skin Packaging And Blister Forming Machines, Manual

Micron International manufactures manual vacuum forming, skin packaging and blister forming machines. All functions are manual. The plastic is held in the clamp frame and heated for a pre-set time, and the mould (or board with articles to be skin packed) is raised until a seal is made. Vacuum is applied to draw the softened plastic onto the mould (or over the products on the board). When the film is sufficiently cooled, the plastic is cut and the forming (or the skin packed products) removed.
