Vacuum forming machine - SVF series

Vacuum forming machines from Suraj Plastic Industries, New Delhi, operates in manual, semi-automatic and automatic cycles for developing the often-changing shape and size of the thermoformed articles. Thermal conditioning of the sheet is done by specially designed 4-zone heating system, with each heater zone regulated separately to adjust the heat. All the systems of the production cycle and sub-systems are controlled by the panel. Applications: The SVF series of machines are used for manufacturing vacuum formed articles such as sweetmeat boxes, trays, plates, blister and garment boxes made from ABS, EPS, HIPS, PET and PVC sheet by thermal processing and drag plug assisted technology.
