Vacuum Buffing machines

Vaccumised buffing machines are designed for continuous use having high filter efficiency of 99.99% up to 1/2 micron particles. This improves the quality of air and collects more gold, resulting in a process, which quickly pays for itself. The hoods are also aerodynamically designed and tapered for better suction. Foot pedal is also provided for cleaning of the filter bags. Dust is collected in an easy to remove tray, which has a separate lock. Features: filter area of bags 60 sq.ft; 24 filter bags; sufficient knee room; motor speed 3450 RPM; lighted hoods; leg rest stand; completely enclosed acrylic hoods can be provided separately; motors available in both single and three phases; choice of polishing motors can also be made; and machines with one or two filter bags and other models are also available.
