TRUMPF (India) Pvt Ltd offers a resource-efficient Universal Punching Machine, TruPunch 3000, which, for the first time ever, works without producing a scrap skeleton. With its intelligent handling of small parts, one can process sheets up to 6.4 mm thick virtually scratch-free. Another advantage: The compact machine can be comprehensively automated.

Skeleton-free: Skeleton-free processing makes this machine more user-friendly, material efficient and also more process reliable; finished parts can be removed with the greatest ease; average 10 % better sheet utilization slashes material costs; cut-up metal scraps simplify the logistics and can be sold at higher prices; and working without scrap skeletons increases the work safety.

Quality: Universal automation offers reliable and extremely flexible processes; produce first-rate quality thanks to careful material handling; and skeleton-free processing and electric punching head provide for greater resource efficiency.

Punching: The electric punching head is extremely dynamic and offers fast rotation as well as high stroke rates; all tools can be rotated 360 degrees; and if necessary, the punching head rotates larger parts up to 500 x 500 mm before unloading.
