The range includes the following machines: Macrol - a torque control pneumatic-tube expansion machine ideal for small operations; Masterol - a straight angle torque control unit designed for heat exchanger tubes in sugar plants; and MRS - a tube expansion machine with electronic torque control designed for all types of applications in heavy metal working, refineries, power plants, shipyards and sugar mills. Equipped with electronic torque control unit with automatic compensation of tolerance. The rolling motors are 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 MHz that ensures longer life, more power, safety and reduces production cost. Also available is TURBO 91 - a technological breakthrough with "automatic cycle with programmed accelerations", equipped with a special rolling motor that divides the expansion operation into 4 phases. The main advantage of the system is that it allows 20% - 25% reduction of time as compared to traditional expansion. And MRP 91 - a hydraulic mechanical rolling unit that uses tube expanders with the axis of roll slots parallel to the cage axis that reduces tube stretching and stress to minimum level after the expansion.
