Tube End Facing/Chamfering Machine

Sapsons tube end facing/chamfering machines are used for facing tubes inside boiler drums and chamfering the tube ends (preparing weld edges). This is a portable but powerful system, self aligned and mounted on tubes easily for fast trimming and chamfering, in constrained spaces. Operations like tube end facing, external and internal tube end chamfering and weld seam machining can be done on the job at site, easily by single operator. A range of tube internal diameters can be covered by replacing quick change pilot. All Sapsons products are recognised for quality.
