Tube Capping Machine

Technoshell Automations Pvt Ltd offers a high speed Tube Capping Machine, Model CP-60+. This is a highly accurate capping machine to fix screw-on caps and oriented snap-on caps on plastic and laminated tubes. This highly precise capping machine works up to 75 tubes per minute, and is suitable for fixing snap-on caps on tubes with servo driven orientation and screw-on caps with servo controlled torque tightening mechanism. The 12-mandrel turret of the CP-60+ is indexed by a servo motor and the functions performed at various stations – 2 stations for tube loading on the mandrel and 2 stations for top sealing (optional).
Other highlights:

• Screw-on capping; snap-on capping with tube and cap orientation (optional)
• Screw cap tightening with pre-settable control led torque
• Tube unloading from the mandrel on to out-feed conveyor with 'good tube/bad tube' selection
• Tube feeding to the first station is done via in-feed belt conveyor. This conveyor can be integrated with a 'tube feeder' unit for auto feeding of tubes
• Cap feeding is done by a vibratory bowl feeder. The cap feeding arrangement when coupled with a cap elevator, ensures the machine does not starve for caps.
