It is specially made for second operations like drilling, forming, turning, chamfering, grooving, etc., from forging, bar work. This machine is used for manufacturing automobile components, fasteners etc. This machine is used to reduce manpower for second operation and improves quality and consistency. The company had supplied this type of machines to clients like super auto forge, rane engine valves, sundaram fasteners, India components etc. Features: electronic braking system for spindle stop and pneumatic collet opening system. We also manufacture special machine with auto bar loader for tube parting chamfering upto 110 mm diameter.
