Mayuresh Engineers & Fabricators is working for a safer world by manufacturing and installing magnetic particle testing machines in large scale and small scale industries with good quality and reasonable price as per their requirement, i.e., fully automatic or semi automatic machines. The company offers a special purpose machine designed for checking all surface and subsurface cracks and inclusions in rocker arm screws. It can handle at a time two and more jobs depending up on the number of stations requirement, with output up to 1250 A for circular magnetisation, and 0-5 KAT for longitudinal magnetisation. This machine is with selection facility of Circular/Longitudinal/Combined facility as well as auto/manual facility, with circular and longitudinal magnification facility, screw testing rocker arm and barrel pushrod. Demagnetisation: Demag facility is there for removing magnetisation effect after inspection of cracks. Power: 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 32 A; and compressed air: 5 kg/cm2.
