Special Purpose Machine

Sai Thermoformers was founded in 1998 to provide a low cost-good quality, value for money option to vacuum formers. Although the company started as a small unknown company in a field dominated by large machine manufacturers, it has, over a small period, successfully garnered and retained its customers’ trust in its products and service. The company offers a Special Purpose Machine, Model SIT-SPM. As the name suggests this is a special purpose machine that can form large sized items and applications limited only by imagination. The machine also has provisions of auto cycle, pre blow and plug assist facility. Technical specifications: maximum draw – 400 mm; and sheet thickness – 1-4 mm. Applications: for making interiors of luxury buses and aircrafts, liners for refrigeration, ACs, suitcases, brief cases, bath cabinets, tubs, deep sinks, door panels, decorative doors, steel lamps, lamp shades, glow signs and large signages for advertising, etc.
