Mayuresh Engineers & Fabricators offers Special Purpose Machine, MCD-1250 HC-SPM. This machine is specially designed for mass production crack detection with the help of conveyorised system. It is a special machine designed for checking surface as well as sub surface cracks in screw and similar types of components, with circular magnetisation facility of 1250 A. In this machine, three magnetisation stations are provided. The job is conveyorised to magnetisation station, and then clamped in to system with horizontal clamping and magnetisation is to be applied and the cracks are detected. Power supply required: 415 V 3-phase AC 32 A and compressed air: 5 kg/cm2.
