Gahir Industries, a four decades old company, has grown from the strength to strength to emerge as a reputed name in manufacturing of Special Purpose Machines (SPM). The company specialises in designing, developing and producing SPMs based on customers’ special requirements considering every aspect (specially cost factor) and suggest suitable solutions for job machining. The range of SPMs includes: Multi Spindle Drilling, pitch control tapping, reaming, chamfering, boring, facing, and centring, milling, external thread cutting, multi tool turning, twin copy turning, line boring, high production deep hole drilling, multi axis, multi station machines and many more. These SPMs are running successfully with OEMs and well-reputed companies. Initially in the 1970s the company started with mechanically controlled auto cycle systems, and later by the early 1980s progressed to electrically controlled hydraulic and pneumatic systems, further graduating to use of PLC integrated servo driven automation systems. Today the company is ready to manufacture CNC integrated SPMs. The company is known for its low cost and efficient automation systems in automobiles, bicycles, tractors, trucks, agriculture, fan shafts and numerous general engineering industries.
