SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE, AGILE-PLC

Anil Machines offers Special Purpose Machine, AGILE-PLC. This Machine is used in machining of ferrous as well as non-ferrous bushes. It has been engineered to perform two of the most significant manufacturing operations, viz, turning and boring incorporating auto-cycle. The headstock of the machine is of cartridge type with preloaded angular contact bearings. The maximum spindle speed is 2000 RPM. Agile-PLC is a production machine, which not only keeps into account the volume of output required but also helps in achieving higher productivity. The salient features special purpose turning machine "Agile-PLC" are as follows: bed length - 1067 mm; centre height - 195 mm; and admit between centres - 425 mm.
