Slitting Machine

Slitting Machine, S-737, is equipped with hydraulically operated robotic which allow lifting the parent roll having different diameters. A linear motion guide and threaded spindle allow the robotic arms to run on it to lift the parent roll having different maximum and minimum width depends upon machine working width. Pneumatic reverse acting core chucks allows gripping the parent rolls core. In case of parent roll having 6-inch I.D. Pneumatic Reverse Acting core chucks will be equipped with Adapters. The linear motion guide allows the unwind station to adjust according to the web with help of edge/line guide motor.
