Slitting & rewinding machine

Ratan Slitting and Rewinding machine is heavy duty, high-speed machine for slitting the paper, foil, aluminium, etc, into smaller strips. It is robustly constructed, simple in operation and works smoothly without vibration. The machine consists of unwinder with braking and later shifting device. It incorporates rotary slitting knives as well as razor blades for slitting the material. Dual winding shafts are provided with individual tension control. Air blower is provided to through out the waste trimmed material on one side of the machine. As an option unwinding and winding shafts are provided with air/mechanical expanding shafts. A DC drive is provided to control the speed of the machine.
