Press Room Automation & Feed Fixtures (India) Pvt Ltd offers a Single Decoiler, a quality product for coil feeding in press feeding line.
Options: All units are available in non-motorised version with drag brake; electro magnetic/pneumatic brakes; coil hold-down (hydraulic/pneumatics) for springy materials; hydraulic jaws expansion; decoilers with shafting and key to load bobbin; limit arm through limit switches/photo sensors; and other special features on request.

This includes: first Indian pneumatic feeder; concept of complete automated lines in small scale and medium scale industry; first to introduce heavy-duty press feed lines for 6mm to 10mm thickness coils for automobile segment; precision component leveller with full automation for loading and unloading; and first NC servo roll feeder.
- Rigid fabricated structure
- Three/four self centring coil-location jaws with mechanical gear reducer for models above 2.5 tonnes
- The spindle and coil holding heads housed in mechanical and precision machined housing and rotates on dust proofed sealed bearing element
- All motorised decoilers are chain driven soft start and stop through mechanical torque limiter and friction drag brake
- Drive system – AC fixed speed/AC variable speed (optional)
- Control panel with suitable loop control system to maintain loop of coil for the machine via antenna type loop sensors/limit arm through limit switches/photosensors
