Model PP 301 is a servo driven, automatic form fill seal machine, tailor made to suit customer requirements. Reel unwind, registered pouch forming, product filling and sealing are done automatically up to a speed of 90 packets per minute depending on the pack size and product characteristics. Change over from one size to another size is possible with standard change parts, which extends the machine utility and enhance productivity. Technical specifications: output – up to 90 packets/minutes or more depending upon the product and pack size; man power – one operator; size change over – possible (in 30 minutes); sealing system – continuous heat sealing; type of film – any laminates which is continuous heat sealable; reel width – 150 mm minimum, 450 mm maximum; core diameter – 76 mm standard; and power supply – 440 V, 3-phase with neutral, 50 Hz with double earth. Attachments: volumetric/gravimetric filling system depending on the product characteristics; take out inclined conveyor; online ink coding device for coding MRP, batch number, and date of packing, etc. Optional: gas flushing attachment; leaflet dropping device; bulk hopper; and material handling devices.
