Self Propelled Compost Machine With Auto Filling, 2es Combo 2

Sartime Horological offers 2ES Combo 2, a self-propelled compost machine with auto filling facility. This is a combination of 2 machines – Aero Tiller 2ES 113 and Auto Filler 2ES-210. Aero tiller 2ES 113 pulled with a windrow size of 3 mtr wide x 1.5 mtr height with a buffer tank 2 m3 in MS. The tank is continuously filled with effluent by 2ES-210 filling machine with a hose of Ø2.5 inch or 3 inches and a length of up to 130 mtrs. The filled effluent is immediately pressure sprayed in the windrow with a pump and spray nozzles. Tractor pulled aero-tiller can be operated continuously for more than 12 hours; and is supplied in ready to operate condition. Tractor of 75 HP with creeper gearbox of any make to be purchased by the factory; there is no leached-off effluent from the windrows as the effluent is uniformly sprayed; continuous and regulated spray of effluent is possible; alternate vehicle moving space of 1 mtr and 3 mtrs; and compost cycle time of 45 days. It can accommodate around 800 to 900 tonnes of press mud per acre. The attachment with the auto filler is made in such a way that the tank becomes a buffer tank and not a storage tank. This reduces the overall weight of the machine by 5 tonnes, thereby improving the tractor performance and longevity; the filling machine continuously fills the tank and the need to go to the filling station becomes unnecessary. By eliminating the filling from the filling station and using auto filling machine to fill the tank, the aerated press mud volume is increased 3 times.
