Sawing Machine

Indo Tech Machines offers a sawing machine, Model DCTV. This is made of heavy-duty fabricated bed construction, duly stress relieved, with heavy beam support below the machine columns to avoid vibration and distortion to achieve life long accuracy. Construction features include: hard chrome plated solid columns duly tested before and after heat treatment; slide arm manufactured from graded cast iron and jig bored to the designed accuracy; heavy duty blade guides with carbide wear plates, with in-built coolant circulation for enhanced blade life; an intelligent hydraulic blade sensor, resulting in improvement of blade life; and helical gearbox instead of worm type, which increase overall efficiency (98%) and improve cutting rates. For bigger capacity machines, planetary gearbox is used. Standard supply for DCTV models: automatic height adjustment for saw frame; step pulley with V-belts; feed control valve; hydraulic blade tensioning attachment; friction type rotating cleaning wire brush; hydraulic clamp vice using double acting cylinder; automatic hydraulic feed sensor regulator; and column protection sleeve.
