SM-75 and SM - 100 having horizontal opposed three roll Straightening of black hot or as rolled and annealed bars prior to such operations as centreless peeling, grinding etc. and for precision straightening and burnishing following drawing, centreless peeling, grinding etc.

- Frame:
The frame is of heavy construction from M.S. Plates. The Base is so designed to collect and return coolant to the rolls. - Main Drive:
A single motor drive is provided for both work roll. The drive is taken from the motor through V belt drives. The Main Drive reduction gearboxes are totally enclosed and splash lubricated from the oil bath in the gearbox case. The gears are manufactured from steel through hardened. All shafts rotate in heavy-duty roller bearings. - Rolls:
Rolls are manufactured from High Carbon high Chrome Steel, through hardened or Chilled Steel and ground. Rolls fixed on two shafts operate in heavy duty PB Bushes. Seals are provided to exclude dirt and lubricating solutions. Hand operated force lubricating pump will be provided with the machine. - Rolls Adjustment:
Provision is made to allow for horizontal setting of both the rolls to such the size of bars. This adjustment is through gears by means of Hand Wheel. - Guide Adjustment:
Provision is made to allow for vertical setting of both the guide plates such the size of the bars. The adjustment is through gears by means of hand wheels. - All electrical motors will be of Kirloskar/Siemens or any best make. The control Panel accessories will be of L&T make and the coolant pump will be of Rajamane make.
- Warranty:
All machines have a warranty of six months against manufacturing defects.
