Rotary Transfer Machine

The Pro 20 is a 10-station rotary transfer machine designed for the high production of parts up to 3/4" in diameter. The unit offers flexibility by using modular tool-spindle units, hydraulic control valves, and horizontal and vertical mounting flanges. These components enable the machine to perform drilling, cross drilling, turning, threading, tapping, broaching, milling, external and internal recessing. This machine also provides a means to invert the workpiece so the back side of the part can be machined, eliminating multiple handlings and secondary operations. This machine is said to follow a conunodity concept-an economy package offered with minimal upgrades, available for delivery in less than six months. The company also offers TriFlex flexible manufacturing cell featuring CNC multispindle rotary transfer technology, a HW 25-12 rotary transfer machine featuring a rotary indexing table located in the center, and an indexing chuck machine available with 12 or 16 stations.
