Riveting Machines, Silent – G Series

Stanley Machine Tools, pioneers in riveting technology and manufacturers of the best riveting machines in India since 1971, has launched a new G Series cost effective electronic control based ‘Gyroscopic Creep’ Silent Riveting Machine. The Stanley G Series riveting machine is of compact design, suitable for use on mass production lines. This machine works on the non-impact riveting principle and riveting is done by the Gyroscopic Creep method. Hence the twisting force on the rivet is eliminated. As a result no friction is created and no material tearing occurs. This gives fantastic rivet head formation having superior strength, finish and eliminating distortion of material grain structure even if plated rivets and fragile materials such as plastics, ceramics and phenolics are used. Precise stroke adjustment in 0.01 mm increments can be done. Also the cycle time can be controlled precisely in increments of 0.1 sec. Non impact means silent operation. As the machine is easy to set-up and operate, the operator need not be a skilled worker. The machine comes completely tooled up for the customers’ job. Since the riveting takes place in 2 to 3 seconds, a significant productivity, boost over the conventional method is obtained. “Stanley” riveting machines have been in uses in various industries like automotive electrical, electronics, space application equipments, aeronautical, textile, various hardware industries, telecommunication, medical hardware and instrument industries, utensils manufacturers, domestic appliances manufacturers, switch gear manufacturers, construction hardware equipment manufacturers, luggage industries, toy industries, hand tool manufacturers, bicycle parts manufacturers and many other applications.
