M.M Traders offers Polyurethane Foam Machinery, SKUM - MBFM 1. It is used for the manufacture of Bonded Foam from Flexible Polyurethane foam granules. It comprises mainly of a mixing chamber with two hydraulically operated screw agitators, a pre-polymer spraying system, a mould filling and pressing system, a steaming system and a de-moulding station. It is also available with a thermically controlled polymer drum heater. It comprises of Steam coupling with control timer, hydraulic power pack with pressure gauges and solenoid control valves. Block dimensions (trimmed): 200 X 100 X H cm.³; Maximum height: 60 cms.
